TO FACTOR HUMAN CONSULTING
In 2016, Fly Exclusive Aviation Services GmbH was founded in Germany as a training company recognized and licensed by the German Federal Aviation Authority (LBA). Specializing in Business Aviation training and consulting, Fly Exclusive quickly established itself as a trusted partner for major airlines and aviation professionals in Europe.
In 2017, Fly Exclusive introduced an industry first: a self-designed and custom-built Private Jet Cabin Trainer, uniquely tailored to the European market. Measuring 10 meters in length and 3.7 meters in width, this state-of-the-art cabin authentically replicates the forward cabin of a Bombardier Challenger 300, complete with a fully equipped galley and cabin, incl. convertible seating, foldable tables, and the ability to simulate emergency scenarios such as smoke and oxygen mask deployment. This trainer remains unmatched in Europe to this day.
Fly Exclusive’s expertise extended beyond training flight and cabin crew for major German airlines and international Business Aviation clients. Over the years, the company also provided consulting and team training to organizations outside the aviation sector. These programs included team and communication training, fire safety, first aid, and process improvement, helping companies implement a safety culture and optimize their operations while fostering stronger teams.
Through over 15 years of experience in training and consulting, one lesson became undeniably clear: the human factor is at the core of every endeavor, whether personal or professional. Success and failure are ultimately determined by people—their ability to communicate, collaborate, and perform under pressure. In aviation, the human factor is a critical element, and Vivien Parcinski has become a recognized expert in this field.
Recognizing the growing demand for human-centered training and consulting across industries, Fly Exclusive underwent a gradual transformation into Factor Human Consulting. As of 2025, Factor Human Consulting has officially launched as a global leader in leadership development, team training, and personal coaching. By building on Fly Exclusive’s legacy of excellence and leveraging its deep understanding of the human factor, Factor Human Consulting is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve clarity, confidence, and success.

The foundation of Vivien Parcinski’s expertise lies in her extensive, worldwide experience spanning over a decade of international EASA ground training. Her career has taken her to 117 countries across four continents, including the USA, Russia, Africa, and China. Through this global exposure, Vivien has developed exceptional interpersonal and cultural skills, enabling her to connect with and train diverse crews effectively.
Her vast practical experience covers all types of Business Jets, from smaller Citation Jets to Bombardier Challengers, Globals, and Falcons, as well as Gulfstreams. She has even operated VIP flights with ACJs and BBJs, giving her unmatched insights into the realities of high-stakes aviation environments. From flying in the icy depths of Siberia to managing sun-soaked operations in the Maldives and handling ambulance and cargo flights, Vivien’s operational experience is as diverse as it is extensive.

Her earlier career as an HR consultant for major corporations gave her deep insights into the challenges organizations face in fostering leadership and building effective teams.
